Binance Halts EU Services Over MiCA

On July 1 2026 Binance stopped new sign-ups, spot trading, deposits and Earn products for EU users after pulling its Greek licence application on June 24. MiCA rules took effect requiring full authorisation in any EU country. CT watched the largest exchange exit rather than comply as regulators drew the line.
