Arc, Circle's EVM-compatible Layer-1, activated its v0.7.2 testnet upgrade at 5 AM PT on June 18. The upgrade advances mainnet readiness for the stablecoin-focused chain. CT noted the timing as another step toward tokenized asset infrastructure from the USDC issuer.
