FCA Publishes Final Cryptoassets Rules

On 30 June 2026 the FCA released five policy statements with final rules for cryptoasset firms along with three pieces of guidance. The package covers the full range of regulated activities and aims to create predictable compliance standards. CT watched closely for how the regime would affect UK-based exchanges and DeFi projects.
