- Centralized Exchange

Gibraltar-based crypto trading platform INX filed a draft prospectus with the U.S. SEC to raise up to $130 million through a security token initial public offering. The tokens are based on Ethereum’s ERC-20 standard and aim to create an all-in-one crypto trading venue. The filing marked one of the earliest attempts by a crypto firm to pursue a regulated public offering in the United States.
