An Ethereum Safe wallet lost ~2900 rsETH when a compromised Uni V4 LP module was routed into an attacker-controlled hook pool. The exploit transaction was front-run in the same block by MEV bot yoink which captured the full amount. Blockaid flagged the public keeper multicall attack on September 15.
