British Virgin Islands court issued a liquidation order for Three Arrows Capital after the hedge fund failed to meet margin calls and repay loans amid the Terra collapse fallout. 3AC had borrowed heavily against LUNA and other assets that went to zero. The order marked one of the largest crypto fund failures and triggered further contagion across Celsius and other lenders.
